Seasoned Framing Foreman or Lead Framer with Crew needed for immediate work.
Insurance and workers comp a must.
Willing to work long hours and for multiple jobs.
Must have own transportation and tools. Must be willing to travel long distances.
Must be knowledgeable about Florida building codes and inspection requirements.
Pay expectations: varies with experience, paid by the job, must be willing to correct mistakes immediately (if any) prior to final payment. This is a contract employee position. Framer will be paid via check and will receive a 1099 as required by the IRS.
