Yellow bandana on neck for small Doberman dog

Description

Saw lost dog with yellow bandana at 34th & Hatch, 2 drivers stopped to catch and dog kept running away. Saw at 1:00pm Wednesday Oct 5th, dog is very thirsty. Have called Scraps to try and catch but they are swamped with run away's. I pray this dog is caught. If you see it try to put water and some food out for it.
