Hello, I know how busy life can be. Meals can become a burden when we are so busy, especially those who also are parents. If you're anything like me eating healthy but tasty while the cost of food is affordable is golden these days. You'll appreciate the reward in meal prepping as much as I do. The best part is I come to you and do the work for you. My cost includes the cost of food which I personally shop for and bring to your home. I cook the food fresh right at your home and you're set for the week. It's simple, you email me your family size and a list of meals you all enjoy. We decide on the meals you want to be prepped for that week. I come in the early morning, shop, cook and you're all set until you request me again. These are family-friendly healthy meals.
