Looking for handyman for rental property that can drywall, frame, install windows and do other handyman type shi, I mean stuff. There's a lot of little jobs so instead of paying by the job we're paying $30.00 an hour (NO DEDUCTIONS! $1200.00 PER WEEK CLEAR!) plus bonuses on jobs completed faster and/or cheaper than expected. "We pass the savings on to you!" All materials and most tools supplied if needed. There's at least a month of work so far but that will definitely increase.
