URGENT - Looking To Make a Deal With a Handyman

I have a place in downtown Ocean City, NJ, right in the heart of everything. It has two floors and two bedrooms. The place is very unique and classy. I plan on turning the place into an AirBnB rental with the first booking expected this upcoming weekend. They will be able to book in after 3pm on Friday. I am looking for someone that wants to barter their work on a few small projects in return for a free weekend rental for up to four people. There will be a contract written and signed so you have assurance this will happen. Besides, if this works out, I have other projects that need to be completed here before the upcoming summer season, so maybe we can work something out where you get a bunch of free vacation rentals. The place will be listed at $500/night next summer. I had someone lined up to come down here last week, but it fell through due to the bad whether. What I am in need of now if for someone to come to OC tomorrow on Thursday (or Friday if completed by 3pm) for these small projects. I installed a ceiling fan/light combos in each bedroom. But the house is old and only has two wires running from the outlet to the switch, so it does not work correctly. I can get both the lights and fan to work using the remote that came with the new dimmers, but it is confusing and it is asking a lot for a renter to figure it out. The attic right above each wall and fan are cleared of any items or debris. I also has an issue with the heat last year not reaching the second floor during the winter. I just assumed it was the old mercury thermostat that has been on the wall for 50 years, so I bought a new one. But I still did not get heat upstairs, so I am not sure if it is because it is installed incorrectly or if the pipes just need to be bled through. I don't know, never done it. The third issue is the railings out front. They rotted over the years and need to be replaced. I bought the wood, but am not too confident in my angle skills and don't want to screw it up. It is not all the railings, just the top one going up the steps. I have a Miter saw on premises and work saws to set up a work station if you do not have the tools to complete it yourself. Look, I ran out of money fixing this place up. But if you are interested in this deal, you can either have it the following weekend of the 14th, or, if you have kids then you can have the place for Halloween weekend when all the shops on the street give out great candy and gift cards. And if this works out and you would like to do it again, I would like to have the fuse box replaced with a circuit breaker some time soon as well down the road. Maybe we can work something out where you can get a bunch of vacation rentals for free. Reply back by email ASAP and we can set up a phone conversation later today.
