Our community consist of 208 apartments in Glendale, Arizona. > Preparing and turning vacant apartments to "rent ready" status > Respond to resident Work Order requests > Preventative maintenance > Provide trouble shooting solutions > Painting, carpentry, flooring > Plumbing repairs > Electrical & HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required (On the job training is possible This position requires the following: > Excellent customer service skills > Monthly "on- call rotation" We offer COMPETITIVE PAY.
