The position is very flexible as the cleaning can be done in any time frame. There are a total of 9 buildings and the cleaning frequency is only 1xWeek and 2xWeek. Below is the list of cities which requires cleaning. Middleburg Hts 2xWeek Brooklyn Hts 2xWeek Cleveland A 2xWeek Cleveland B1xWeek Shaker Hts 1xWeek Maple Hts 1xWeek Bedford 1xWeek Solon A1xWeek Solon B1xWeek Requirements: - Prefer prior cleaning experience (NOT required as we can train) - Valid driver's license - Transportation - A direct contact number to receive work orders/work-related phone calls - Positive attitude - Background check passed (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT PASS BACKGROUND) Job Duties: - Securing Facility Access and Keys - Trash Removal - General Cleaning - Dusting, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, etc - Cleaning Restrooms and Restocking Dispensers - Report any Maintenance Issues and Supply Status Rate: $1500/month Please contact us with your name, contact, and tell us a little about yourself.
