There was never a better time to get your Amateur Radio License! Start a new hobby. Learn about communications, the basics of how radio works, why some signals can be heard around the world, learn about circuits and components, make new friends, support area public service events, prepare to help authorities in times of disaster, and so much more. The Cuyahoga Falls Amateur Radio Club, Inc., in conjunction with the MORE project, is offering a free 6 week online course designed to prepare students to take and successfully pass the Technician level Amateur Radio Test. Several days after the last class, a free Amateur Radio Exam (VE exam session) will be held at the Cuyahoga Falls library. The online Zoom Classes start THIS Sunday at 1:30 and last until 4 pm each Sunday.
