Dream in Color is a small, female-owned Tucson company in the textile arts business seeking a hard-working, assertive team leader to manage the dyer team. You will lead a team of 2 or 3 individuals to complete custom orders efficiently and correctly. You will learn many new skills during the on the job training. The position is outdoors under a covered work area. Competencies: Very detail oriented with excellent working memory. Having an eye for color or an artistic background is a plus. Leadership skills; experience with delegating and instructing others. Ability to learn new things quickly. Ability to do simple mental math. Can multi-task in a busy environment. Willing to follow explicit procedures and steps. Team player with a positive attitude. English speaking or Bi-lingual Spanish Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; see up close, use hands to measure, hear and speak to others clearly, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
