Missing/Found German Shepard

Hi!! I just found a beautiful German Shepard on park/Irvington. He has a green collar but no tag? I opened my Door to get him away from traffic and he hopped right in. He was really thirsty if you know anyone who’s maybe the owner or or if your the owner of this great dog please feel free to hmu. He doesn’t let me touch him so although hes friendly and trained, I definitely cant keep him or help anymore than that…
