Equity Kids is getting ready to launch a new class! WHO: The class will be comprised of up to fifteen 3rd-5th graders from diverse backgrounds from all over the United States. WHERE: It’s VIRTUAL so that we can bring together kids from all over the country! WHEN: Sundays, 2:00-3:30 ET / 1:00-2:30pm CT / 11:00-12:30am PT -- 10 sessions from October 9 to December 18, 2022 WHAT: Our goal is to create a safe environment for kids to discuss racial and social justice issues. Kids will explore the first two domains in our four-part curriculum -- Identity and Diversity -- discussing a range of topics including skin color, cultural traditions, community, stereotypes, fairness, segregation, and more.
