In addition, we provide innovative solutions for clients across North America with camper vans for travel and recreation.    Driverge Vehicle Innovations, is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Fabricator. If you love the auto industry and working with cars this job is for you!    The Mechanical Assembly Fabricator will be responsible for sheet metal fabrications, welding 14-gauge, seat and track tiles while protecting OEM interior according to the blueprint. Will also be cutting into the side and/or floor of vehicle to install a new door opening or frame to support wheelchair positions.    What you get to accomplish:      Able to cut, weld, build and inspect welding equipment for durability.   Must be comfortable using tools MIG welder, plasma cutters, grinders, chop saws, drills, impacts, wrenches, sockets, tape measure, blueprints and recognize welding symbols and specifications.   Comfortable dismantling vehicle components and reinstalling (axles, gas tanks, fuel lines, brake lines, exhaust, etc.).   Must have basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.   Wiring per specifications: Adjust, repair, and/or replace wiring and relays in ignition, lighting, and safety control systems (change) – (preferred) Document, service, and installation action in accordance with company standard operating procedure.
