Job Duties:
Agents engage directly with members of the community, informing them about the Lifeline program and assisting with applications for service.
Our Field Agents are expected to gain a complete understanding of the ACP industry through our comprehensive, one on one Training program, This includes Affordable Connectivity Program history, customer enrollment training, issue resolution, and Record keeping policies.
All agents must also be able to fulfill all compliance requirements for the ACP and maintain customer-first, zero-tolerance, fraud prevention standards. Most importantly maintain security over all property including phones and tablets.
Avg Commission $500 Weekly
