We continue to grow and are expanding our teams with several positions currently available in your area. We are looking for a Maintenance Tech for 30hrs a week in Carleton. Days and hours are M-F from 7:00am to 1:00pm. The pay reate is $15.00. This is for a senior citizen apartment complex. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REPAIR MAINTENANCE WHICH INCLUDES LIGHT PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND CARPENTRY does require cleaning as well in the common areas including emptying trash, vacuuming, restrooms etc. Also light ground work shoveling entrance ways, laying salt, empty front entrance trash and picking up debris.
