Job description iStaffing is hiring a 3PL Supply Chain CSR in Fontana, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 7AM-4PM Location: Fontana, CA Pay Rate: $17.00 Responsibilities CSR is responsible for allocating orders, submit routing and creating bills of ladings as well as keeping customers updated on the current status of their orders Allocate orders in WMS Generate UCC and Shipping Labels Invoice customers for value added services Assist the CSR managers, captains, and other members of the departments as needed. Qualifications Knowledge of general warehouse practices Routing procedures and vendor compliance for retailers Knowledge of BOLs Small parcel shipping Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to meet and manage deadlines MUST HAVE PRIOR RECENT EXPERIENCE.
