Rehoming a parakeet

Hello, I am rehoming a bird. He is going with a cage, some toys and bird food. Cage is a worn out but still works fine. I would like him to go to a house with small kids or someone wanting to have some chirping around from time to time.He is active, likes to be outside in the cage during 70+ degrees.He is free.
