Green-Cheek Conure + Cage + Toys (NEEDS frequent attention) This ad is for a green-cheeked conure we have had for four years now. We believe he is male, not 100% on that. We call him Sebastian. He’s about 4yrs old now. He is VERY sweet, affectionate, and LOVES to be held, picked up, to walk around the house on your shoulder, etc. The problem for us is he wants WAY more attention than we can give him, and so we want to find a home where he will get the attention he needs to be happy. He is child-friendly, as he LOVES people. For some reason, he DOES NOT like cell phones, and so if he sees one in your hand while he's on you, he might head down your arm to pick at it a bit. We say it's because he needs all attention on him, which while said in humor, is most likely the case. He craves constant attention. He needs a home with someone who can give him regular attention most of the day. A retiree, disabled vet, something where you would like regular company and have the availability. If he sits in his cage too long, he will start squawking and it is VERY difficult to get him to stop (short of picking him up). Adoption fee will get you Sebastian, his cage/home, his toys, feed and water bowls, etc. Total for everything is $150.
