There is no one answering the phone even you leave your number on the que. There is a new portal though which I am not happy about. Evergreen's new portal is called mychart. This is a big software company that manages thousand of patients profiles across USA. This company is the facbook of future. Your information will be sold, analyzed, traded, hacked and everything else inbetween without your knowledge. I am never signing on this one rather change my provider.
