Share a studio space with me! I'm an artist and would love to share my sweet studio space. I'm usually there 2-3 mornings a week, mostly working on my computer. You'd have plenty of space for a large desk and more. The building has AC and parking is included! Great location, near coffee shops, food carts and Food Front. I use my hotspot and haven't had to set-up internet, however I'm open to looking at options if needed. There's a commercial kitchen in the building, so if you're extremely sensitive to smell, this might not be the best fit for you. The rent would be $300/month. You'd be added to the lease, which has now gone month-to-month. Tell me a bit about yourself! *The space needs a little TLC. Let's paint and get rid of the butter yellow walls : )
