Job Description Job Title: Condition Report Writer Department: CR/PSI Summary: We are willing to train the right person. We are Seeking some highly motivated individuals to complete visual inspections and driving all types of motor vehicles, travel trailers and heavy equipment and enter results of inspections into specialty software so buyers can determine overall condition of unit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Carries tools and equipment to and from storage and working areas. Performs visual inspections on different types of motor vehicles to determine condition of exterior. Drives different types of motor vehicles to identify damages and check all accessories, drive train, odometer and any excessive noises or leaks not disclosed by the seller. Perform visual top check for fluid levels, sludge, flood damage and structural damage. Perform visual lower frame check for lower structural damage, leaks, missing equipment and excessive noise. Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. We are willing to train you to perform the job successfully. Computer Skills Must be capable of learning specialty software. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
