I am looking for someone with a Residential Maintenance Technician certificate or a certificate for apartment maintenance technician (CAMT) that is interested in being the property manager for a single family home in College Park.
Your responsibilities would be to:
- answer phone calls / text messages from the tenant of the house (minimum 4 hour response during business hours, 12 hours on weekends and after business hours)
- resolve any issues that arise that you are able to fix on your own
- coordinate the resolution of any issues that you cannot resolve on your own
I will pay you:
- $50 / month just for being available
- $50 per hour for on-site work, $30 per hour for coordinating fixes and communicating with the tenant
