We work with multiple national clients as well as financial institutions such as Banks & mortgage companies (BOA, HUD, FHA) caring for the inside and outside of foreclosed properties. Besides providing regular maintenance services we also provide repair services to our clients. If you meet the requirements listed and are interested, please give us a call on (586)-630-5556 What you will be doing: As a property preservation vendor you will receive work orders through the app known as PPW otherwise known as Property Preservation Wizard. We will train on how to use the app in-case if you’re not familiar. Must have the quality to maintain streamlined communication channels. As photos are everything to this line of work, you must have a solid knowledge of before, during and after photos of any given work order such as the following: • Winterization • Sales clean • Debris Removal • Initial secure – lock change, lock box installation • Lawn maintenance • Fence repair • Snow removal • Trimming – shrubs, vines, trees and many more What we expect from you: • Well rounded experience in property preservation • Must have your own equipment (such as lawn equipment, generator, air compressor & winterization equipment), transportation (such as trailer & trucks), HUD coded locksets, Lockboxes and tools to perform work. • Smartphone or tablet with data plan • General Liability Insurance • Outstanding communication skills. • Valid Driver’s License • Must have vehicle/s. • Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number. Benefits • Weekly pay on approved work orders • We do not take any percentage from your payment. Once you provided a bid to address any damages and it gets approved by the client, you will get the whole amount paid. Most of the companies take cuts from vendors payment, we don't do that which is why we mentioned that as a benefit.
