Globeville Riverfront Arts Center (GRACe) has over 70 studios on site, and is already home to painters, photographers, fiber artists, interior designers, illustrators, jewelry artists, and more. We are right off of the bike path & South Platte River, with easy access to I-70 and I-25. Our leases are month to month and rent includes 24/7 access, all utilities, and wifi, as well as the option to display your work in our gallery, a space for teaching workshops and promotion through our website & social media. WORK ONLY... sorry, no live-in, and not suitable for woodworking, metal-smithing/welding (most jewelry making is ok), glass, tattoo, music/podcast recording or rehearsal or anything in which confidentiality is a concern (all studios have open ceilings).
