Description

We are a rapidly expanding property management company in need of an on-call handyman service in the Pittsfield area. The typical jobs include apartment turnovers (cleaning), wall repair/painting, circuit breaker resets, minor diagnosing of mechanical systems, and writing work orders/working with tradesmen as needed. This is a contract 1099 position. Handyman must have insurance. Jobs are typically paid out weekly by direct deposit. Please provide your price list and experience.
