Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General distribution center activities related to receiving, picking, packing and shipping of product
• Receiving of product from suppliers
• Use WMS properly at receiving and inspect incoming goods for quantity and part number
• Distribute product to proper locations (ASRS, conventional)
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts (proper training required for forklifts)
• Follow all task instructions of WMS user interface at workstations
• Pick and pack customer orders from ASRS and conventional
• Use WMS properly to check all outbound orders for accuracy
• Ship packages as per directions via WMS
• Operate shipping software as needed
• Understand and operate WMS and distribution center-related central business system functions as needed
• Demonstrate initiative by understanding what actions need to be taken and completing the required tasks while seeking the perspective of others as required.
• Demonstrate an honest and forthright presence by taking responsibility for own mistakes and not blaming others, and by doing what he / she commits to doing.
• Work as a team player to make a difference within the business and express gratitude and appreciation to others who have provided information, assistance or support.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a high school graduate or have G.E.D.
• Detail oriented
• Familiarity with use of personal computers
• Experience/familiarity of warehouse management systems and related business systems
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible hours/overtime when necessary, including weekends
• Must be extremely professional, ethical, and customer-focused
