Hi there! I am looking to help you out with child care in my home, your home or a combo of both! I can also help out with senior care or someone with different abilities that might need some extra help. Here's a little bit about myself: I am a 40-something year old mom. I have a teenage son and 2 adult daughters who live out of state 😢. I have been in childcare for over 20 years and have done CNA type work on and off for 8 years. I have worked professionally with every age from 6 weeks up to high school age, but have worked with the under 5 kiddos the most. I have been certified for CPR and First Aid in the past, but due to Covid, I have not been able to find a local CPR class to get recertified! I am fully vaccinated and boosted and can provided proof if you'd like. I can travel to you or you can travel to me or we can do a bit of both! I live in a townhome community with LOTS of other kids around. There is also a playground, basketball court and lots of woods to explore. In my home we do enjoy cartoons and junk food, but also love to read and do crafts and go outside when it's nice out! In your home, I will follow your rules and do whatever activities you would like! I have an insanely silly sense of humor and am chill and go with the flow. I never cry over spilled milk, well...unless it of course happens when I am running late going somewhere important. Murphy's Law of course! I am also attending CCV part-time but since they are online courses, it won't interfere with your family members care. I am looking for something part-time or full or somewhere in between. My schedule is fairly open with days and hours. I would like to note that my son does have occasional afternoon appointments that I would either need to leave early to attend or have your family member accompany me. Either way works for me! I can also provided references for you. What I would like for compensation depends on the care and hours. I am open and we can discuss that further.
