Our family has 4 chickens, and they're great. My kids love them, and they lay eggs daily and are very friendly and fun to play with. The problem is: I've landed a job, and the chickens can't come with us. :-( They've got a coup, some toys, a food and water dispenser, all the stuff you'd want to have some backyard (or rural?) chickens. Beaverton city code allows for up to 4 chickens (no roosters) on your property, but if you're outside of Beaverton, check your local laws. We just want to see them go to a good home, no strings or money attached. They come with the basic stuff you'd need, plus free backyard chicken advice.
