Nothing goes better with the colors of fall than goats and yoga. Join us for a Greatest Of All Time (G.O.A.T.) yoga session (yes - with real live goats!!) for ages 16+ on Saturday, October 15, at 4:00pm. The Big Field shines in autumn and the leaves will be at their colorful peak this weekend. Plus, late afternoon means the goats get extra spunky! We'll celebrate the season with some gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and goat cuddles. Plus, we're hoping this will be the first GOAT Yoga session for our two newest kids: Oreo and Daisy. Watch our social media for photo updates - they can't wait to meet you! You'll find us in the Big Field at the Cross Keys Auction Center (295 Emerald Drive, Duncansville - behind Ansley RV off of Rt. 764). Enjoy a half-hour session of beginner's yoga set to a music soundtrack and led by certified yoga instructor Sarah Garman. While you're posing, our goats will be free-roaming, doing...well...all things that goats do! A Warrior Pose is extra fun with a goat wandering around your legs. Come along as we improvise with a Downward Goat - and all of the laughter that accompanies that! Tickets include both the yoga session, plus extra time to enjoy the goats and pose for photos. This class does not require any previous yoga experience, and ALL fitness levels are welcome. Please note: this session will be in an open field, so please come prepared with sunglasses, hats, ear warmers, bug spray, etc. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. For the safety of all people and goats, do not wear any jewelry, especially necklaces or dangling earrings. Classes will be held rain or shine in most scenarios; in the event that the weather necessitates a cancellation for safety, we'll be in touch with as much notice as possible. *To optimize the amount of time participants will have with the goats, there are limited tickets available for this event.* Questions?
