Miss Dana's Diamonds and Elisa's Entourage proudly present the Annual All Inclusive Trunk or Treat. This event will benefit The Walnut Grove. All are invited to attend as we will have candy and non candy items for those with food allergies and special needs. People with special needs, both adults and children, will be free. General admission will be a donation at the time of registration. By registering, you are agreeing to the following Rules and Liability Release: I acknowledge that my participation in this event, or that of my child, could involve risk of physical injury or damage to property. I expressly assume such risk and release and waive any claims against Canfield Fair Grounds, Elisa’s Entourage and Miss Dana’s Diamonds, its volunteers and employees, for any injuries to myself or child and to persons or damage to property, whether the result of negligence, breach of warranty or otherwise. I further agree to hold Canfield Fair Grounds, Elisa’s Entourage and Miss Dana’s Diamonds, its volunteers and employees, harmless for any injury to persons or property damage caused by involvement in this activity. This assumption, waiver, and Image Release form is effective and binding. I have read and understand this Release form. I also authorize use of my name and picture and that of my child’s to be released for use in event coverage and promotion for future events. I acknowledge that candy and items may not be suitable for children ages 3 and under.
