Resident Manager Team position - Live on site. Responsible for renting and maintaining the complex: One person will be responsible for the office, including but not limited to rent collection, record keeping, serving notices, scheduling appointment showing apartments, lease signings, taking applications and move in/move out inspections. Additional responsibilities include cleaning laundry room, daily pick up and removal of debris from property. The other person will handle routine and apartment maintenance including, but not limited to general maintenance (ie. turn overs, work orders in individual apartments, appliance repairs, plumbing repairs and basic electrical repairs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the landscaping, sprinkler systems, blowing the parking lot and disposing of leaves. Parties will SHARE a 1 or 2 Bedroom apartment onsite as part of compensation. MUST have California tenant/landlord experience, high school diploma, reliable vehicle, excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
