We are a local property management company in business for over 50 years. We are looking for an energetic individual to perform maintenance duties at an 85 unit complex in Mountain View. Responsibilities would include: Preparing Apartments for Prospective Tenants Electrical Painting Basic Carpentry (Drywall, Countertop Installation, etc) Plumbing Applicance Installation (and Basic Repair) General Repairs in Occupied Units & Around the Property Experience: 2+ Years Performing Handyman Work as Described Above (at an Apartment Community a plus) Own a Reliable Vehicle - Valid Driver's License and Insurance Own your Own Hand Tools Ability to Work Independently and Respond to Maintenance Requests in a Timely Manner Ability to be On Call After Hours and on Days Off Communicate Effectively and Work Together with the Apartment Management Resume Required with References What We Can Offer: Sign On Bonus (to be Discussed based on Qualifications/Experience) Competitive Hourly Wage Apartment Unit Included as Part of Compensation (Optional) Two Weeks Vacation Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Days and Personal Days Medical Included Los Altos School District Walking Distance to Numerous Amenities
