Julie Barker Holland, EdD, is a seasoned educator and entrepreneur who will talk with us about "Opportunities for Engagement with Afghans in Muncie." Julie has managed over $15 million in grant funding from the World Bank, US Dept. of State, and other federal entities. All of her grant projects helped to support educational endeavors for the most vulnerable, including citizens of Afghanistan.
