YLNI IDA Committee is bringing back the Tough Talks events to hear from young professionals around the community on relevant topics happening in Fort Wayne and providing a safe space to have these conversations. Discussion topics include: Accessibility to public-owned facilities. Current impact in our neighborhoods.Ways that Fort Wayne can better serve start up/ current small businesses. Organizations benefiting on more diversity in leadership roles.
