Join us for a memorable evening of dinner, dancing, and magic! Come to The Bauerhaus dressed in your finest and prepare to be transported to the Great Hall inspired by your favorite wizarding novels! Your evening of magic begins promptly 5:30 to provide ample time to find your assigned seat & to explore the Great Hall before dinner. Throughout the Great Hall will be a variety of vendors to purchase enchanting wares from so do not forget your coin purse! If you are going as a group or couple please book tickets together so we can be sure to seat you together! General Admission tickets fit up to 8 wizards or muggles per table. VIP Admission will fit up to 6 wizards or muggles per table. This is a catered event so all tickets must be purchased prior to the event. The deadline for booking your tickets is by the toll of midnight on December 2, 2022. The Dinner Buffet will be served beginning at 6:00pm. Guests will be dismissed by table starting with VIP tables first. The dinner buffet will offer your choice of Inside Round Beef and Chicken Marsala, salad, sides, and dinner rolls. Guests needing a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free dinner may select this option when they book their admission ticket. Following dinner will be a dessert buffet offering a variety of delightful mini desserts where you may even enjoy a chocolate frog or two! Butterbeer & Soda will be available for purchase at the bar. Wizards and Muggles that are 21+ may purchase wine and beer. Water, Sweet Tea, Unsweetened Tea, & Coffee will be available complimentary with dinner & dessert. After the great feast will begin the dancing and activities for the evening! Be sure to check back for future announcements as the event draws closer! Admission Types VIP Admission Includes: Prime seating on the main floor, first entry to the dinner buffet, commemorative mug with "bottomless" butter beer for the evening, 2 drink tickets, board game area, and photo ops.Standard Admission Includes: Seating on main floor or balcony (your choice), entry to the dinner buffet, board game area, and photo ops.This event is only for wizards and muggles 18+. Wine, & beer will be available for purchase for those 21 & above only. The team at Kiwi's Garden Center is aware of the controversy that has come to light over the past few years surrounding the author of the books that inspired this event, and we want to assure all guests we proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community.
