The National Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Program (NMJSP), is design to promote the understanding of Juneteenth by having a National Youth Ambassador to bring awareness to Juneteenth and advocate for the National Holiday. The NMJSP leverages the history of Miss Juneteenth programs from around the nation going back over 75 years. From Alaska to Wyoming the NMJSP is in it’s 3rd year. We provide education on Juneteenth and educational scholarships to young women between the ages of 15 to 19. The crowned representative of the NMJSP will make appearances around the country promoting Juneteenth awareness especially to the youth America. Join us as we crown National Miss Juneteenth for 2023! This year's program will be at the beautiful Galveston Island Convention Center 5600 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77551 The NMJSP is endorsed by the National Juneteenth Observance Foundation, the NJOF Juneteenth 101 program and Teacher's Guide are the sole property of the NJOF Education Committee. www.NJOF.org
