Contractor seeking skilled and unskilled workers

Busy contractor seeking the following: IMMEDIATE TUESDAY MORNING General Demo and Clean up, first couple people to contact and get out to PGA and the Turnpike wins. Need to he able to get there by 9-10 or so. 20 dollars an hour Skilled trades as well, Tilers, Painters, and General Remodeling Skilled Guys as well. Need someone that can just be handed a punch out list. Pay based on experience. 25 an hour to start until first job or so is completed, then once skill level and results are confirmed, goes to piece work. MUST have tools and truck. No exceptions, so please dont contact me if you cant meet these requirements. I am also looking for a general helper that can simply ride around in the truck with me. Young guy wanting to learn everything would be perfect. Pay and requirements are all listed above. Please dont bombard me with multiple texts until I contact you back.
