Invisibility Project Presents "Excerpts and Exploration Workshop"

This workshop will focus on assisting you with developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships across race lines in both professional and personal arenas. We will engage in discussion and activities designed to explore and assist with overcoming bias that interferes with authentic relationship when interacting with those of different races. The workshop will be led by members of the cast and creators of the Invisibility Project, a dance and spoken word experience addressing race relations in Wilmington, NC in the wake of 1898. A screening of excerpts from the Invisibility Project performance will be used to inform the discussion and activities. Please arrive at 5:45pm to enjoy light refreshments. The workshop will begin promptly at 6pm.
