Join us for this year's banquet, "Called to proclaim the good news," based on Acts 16:9–10. "During the night Paul had a vision: there stood a man of Macedonia pleading with him and saying, 'Come over to Macedonia and help us.' When he had seen the vision, we immediately tried to cross over to Macedonia, being convinced that God had called us to proclaim the good news to them." (NRSV) This year's EMM banquet is being offered three different times! Like every banquet, you'll have an opportunity to hear some incredible stories of God's work around the world. You’ll also have an opportunity to partner with us. Your generosity will help us continue to carry out our mission of crossing cultures, engaging the world, and making disciples of Jesus. Registrations are required by October 26 so that we can save your seat and accommodate your meal choice. The October and November events will be held at EMM's Hub 450 building. The December 5 event is being held at Landis Homes for the convenience of its residents. Meal selections Moroccan chicken shawarma: sliced boneless chicken, marinated in yogurt and aromatic spices, served with rice pilaf and Moroccan carrot & green bean salad Greek beefteki: char-grilled seasoned ground beef skewer, served with rice pilaf and greek salad with olives & feta cheese Vegetarian north-Indian saag paneer and chana masala: cubed fresh cheese in a spinach sauce and tangy chickpeas with tomato, onion, and spices, served over cumin rice All meal choices are gluten-free. Street parking Most parking on Prince Street is free after 6 p.m. The Heart Group parking lot 217 Harrisburg Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603 This parking lot is only a 3-minute walk from Hub 450. If you're able to walk, we'd ask that you park here. Hub 450 parking lot and garages 450 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603 We request that those who are able would reserve these spots for people who may have difficulty walking from another parking location.
