Meditation to quiet your mind and allow the best within YOU to reveal itself. Breathwork to supercharge your Body, Mind, and Spirit with the Energy of Life Learning involves understanding how our beliefs and values shape our behaviour, how our actions impact on the world around us, and how a deeper knowledge of ourselves and our relationship with the world can help us to find meaning and purpose. Sharing exercises to practice creating relationships built on trust, honesty, and LOVE. Stop waiting for others to show up for you, It is time for YOU to show up for YOU! 1. Where is the location: TBD It will be held at a venue in Rogers, AR. You will receive an email with location soon. 2. How long is the event? The event is scheduled from 9:00 am- 12:00pm CST however, we recommend planning to be available until 1:00pm in case it goes over a few mins after plus networking. . 3. What is the event dress code? Come comfortable. There will be Yoga, Meditation sessions and breath-work throughout the event. Come in clothes you will be comfortable moving, stretching, and laying in. 4. What should I bring? Bring a yoga mat (blanket), pillow, notepad, pen, blindfold, and ID for in- person check in. You will use the blanket/yoga mat for yoga, and during meditation breath-work. 5.
