Phones don’t come with a how to use manual and there are thousands of videos on the internet that are “ tutorials” that sometimes can put ineffective methods and ways to use your phone. Who better to teach you than someone that has been in the phone industry and knows the ins and outs of every device out there. While working in the phone industry I get asked about possible workshops or classes on how to use your phone and there seldom is.
