Help! Tiny Orange Kitten Was Abandoned!

There are always stray cats near my mom’s neighborhood but she recently found a small orange kitten who was clearly not part of the neighborhood cats. She seems sick and can’t manage to walk. I am pretty sure someone abandoned her at my mom’s porch because she isn’t covered in fleas and looks relatively clean. If I could afford to take her to the vet, I would but I already have 3 cats. I took her in to give her food and water but it’s evident she may have an illness that doesn’t let her move around. She shakes a lot and she loses her balance very easily. She has to crawl around to get to places and can’t even use to the litter box. I feel horrible for her little self. She’s so small and so sweet. I wish I could keep her and care for her but she deserves someone who can financially support her and give her all the love and affection in the world. If anyone has any advice or suggestions on who to reach out for support, that would be great! Or if you’re interested in adopting her, I only ask for a rehoming fee of $80 which is completely negotiable. I just want to make sure she goes to someone responsible and a good home.
