Looking for an assistant to help me book clients for our upcoming season. I am located in Anaheim Hills. I work from my home office. HOURS; Weeknights 4:30-9:30 & some weekend mornings 10:00 - 3:00 PAY; $15 per hour (I am willing to pay more for a qualified individual that can take charge and perform at a high level. My last assistant was $20 per hour (cash is not a problem) but I won't start anyone off at $20 until they prove they are worth it. JOB DUTIES; Make return phone calls & communicate installation prices, & book install date / time with clients, paper work filing, text clients from business phone. This is a 3-4 week gig and then once my season is done I have some data input that needs to be handled. My last assistant was with me 6 years. I am very loyal to my employees and expect the same from you. Fun atmosphere. I have children that I will be feeding and doing homework in between your calls so there is a lot going on but the time goes by fast & I like to have fun while working to make time pass quickly. Need someone ASAP as I feel like I am already behind the 8 ball!. Please send me qualifications & why you should be the right person for this gig.
