Need to rehome asap

Due to no fault of his own I need to rehome our family dog. My landlord decided to sell. He is friendly with kids. I have a 4 year old that is his bestfriend. He won't take food from her but will wait for her to leave a trail of pretzels for him. He gets car sick so he is not much of a traveler. He does well on a leash and knows basic commands. I can open my fence or door and he won't run off. He will get excited if you baby talk him and jump up. He is fully potty trained and never had an issue with him chewing anything other then tennis balls. He does have a sensitive tummy so I would refrain from changing his diet or giving human food. His name is Frodo and he will be 3 in November. He is not fixed. He gets along with my neighbors old dog but not my other neighbors dog. I suggest he be the only animal just incase. I am not sure about cats. He is pretty mellow just needs a yard, a ball and some butt rubs. I will be charging a small fee to insure a good home. He will have to meet you first. I only have until the 8th to have him gone.
