Grass cutting/Landscaping/Clean-up help

Looking for someone in our area to cut our grass on a regular basis till the end of the season using our mower/trimmer or yours and do miscellaneous outside yard/garden projects (fall leaf clean-up-lots of leaves, pruning, planting etc.). Must be DEPENDABLE and HARWORKING...please don't waste your time or ours of you are not going to show up ON TIME and do ALL projects needed at that time. Paying $30 to cut the grass if using our equipment and $35 using yours ( not a lot of grass) and $18/hour for any other projects. Please only respond if you are near us (within 20-25 minutes) and have reliable transportation.
