Applicants must communicate well and be comfortable working with customers. Applicants must be reachable by text (SMS) and phone. Applicants must on occasion be willing to step in on short notice (rarely) to remedy equipment or store issues. This is a very flexible job. Employee can generally manage the cleaning around his/her schedule (within reason). This is a 7 days per week job. The tasks can normally be done by averaging 2 hours per day, more or less. The DAILY duties include:  pick up clutter sweep and mop floors as required clean and wipe washers and dryers as required (stainless steel and glass windows) empty trash cans into dumpster observe and tag newly reported malfunctioning machines (run to test as required) clean, stock, and sanitize the bathroom wash windows as required pick up litter outside building and in parking lot wipe tables and chairs as required place tables, chairs, and clothes carts back where they belong clear door entrances (walk and steps) of snow or ice (seasonally) as required basically, maintain to achieve a safe, clean, welcoming store This job has the potential to be a very good long-term, flexible part-time job. Ideal applicant lives close to downtown Carrollton and occasionally can respond to time-critical situations. Ideal applicant will become the eyes and ears of the owners. Very little interaction once trained and succeeding.
