NEWS: "Democrat John Fetterman is hanging on to a slim lead over Republican Mehmet Oz in the nation's most closely watched Senate race" On one side, we have Dr. Oz, who is an actual doctor. He's a respected heart surgeon who has saved many lives in his career. He had a 5-year gig on the Oprah show, before he got his own TV show. Oz promoted homeopathic remedies, as well as traditional medicine. Dr. Oz worked hard to get his medical degrees, then he worked hard for the community, saving lives. As a TV personality, he has been a great source of information for people interested in improving and maintaining their health. Oz was very much loved by everyone, including Liberal Democrats, right up until he ran for office as a Republican. John Fetterman, on the other hand, is the epitome of Marxism: Karl Marx would be proud of the way Fetterman has lived his life. He lived with his parents until he was almost 50 years old. He never had a real job. Ever. He mysteriously owns 2 houses now, which he never paid for. His sister sold him a house for $1. At age 50, Fetterman is now working at his first real paying job, as the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania. How do you go from living with Mom and Dad, never working a day in your life, to suddenly being second in command of an entire state?? I'm sure Fetterman's parents are rich and influential, so that's probably how he shot to stardom like a bottle rocket, through his "connections". Basically, Fetterman is a bum. He doesn't like to work, and he apparently has no job skills. The only thing he has done for his entire life is live off of the generosity (and stupidity) of others. He has no redeeming qualities that I can see. He wears a black 'hoodie' all the time, trying to look like some kind of Antifa punk. Fetterman wants to defund police, and he wants to let violent criminals out of prison. Fetterman is about as worthless and anti-American as a person can possibly be. -- And Liberal Democrats absolutely LOVE him. I suspect the only reason they love him, is because he's not a Republican, which is a very sad state of affairs. It's sad, because voters are supposed to elect people based on their ability to do the job, not just because they have an R or D next to their name. "Partisan politics" and "Partisan voters" are going to be the death of this country. Instead of voting 'red team/blue team', people need to look at the character and abilities of politicians. I am an independent voter, and I will admit that I vote on the 'conservative' side on most issues. I vote against tax increases all the time. I vote for people that are qualified for the job, rather those that have good looks, catchy sound bites, or charming personalities. In my adult life I have voted for Democrats as well as Republicans, based on their message, their intent and their record. I am disappointed in people who strictly vote "party line", "red team/blue team", because it's not good for the country to be constantly divided. This is not the NFL, or NBA. You can't just blindly vote for members of your team, if they're failing to do the job we elect them to do. Results matter. Too often we see politicians get elected by saying they'll do certain things, and then they go back on their promises after getting into office. CHARACTER MATTERS. Take a good hard look at the "CHARACTER" of Fetterman vs. Oz and you'll see there's a clear difference. One is an upstanding, hard-working member of society, the other is a grifter, irresponsible, living off the kindness and generosity of others. Sometimes it seems as though the Democrats are on a mission to elect the biggest criminals and dirtbags as their leaders, just because they're 'different' This country is in the mess we are in, because of bad politicians, creating bad policies that are hurting this country. Maybe voters need to pay more attention to personal character, rather than party affiliation.
