You will make a quick visit to the retail location, interact with an associate, check out the dressing room, make a purchase AND make a donation of any household item. Once finished, you will fill out a quick report. You will need to retain a purchase receipt and a donation receipt. Payment is $15 plus reimbursement up to $5 for the required purchase.
