$20/hour for help moving dirt.

I'm excavating in the basement of a rental house I own in Redmond (on Bel-Red road near Microsoft), and I need help moving the dirt up the stairs and outside - and eventually into my truck. There is also some work carrying 60 lb bags of concrete down the stairs as well (but far less of that) This can be casually for a day, or for the whole project which I think will take about 2 weeks. I'd like help starting tomorrow (Oct 5th) (Even if you don't see this "in time" I've discovered that I should keep a list of callers as I always seem to have some kind of work that needs doing.) I'm paying $20 per hour and I'm happy to pay cash at the end of the day. I'd prefer to find non-smokers, and since there are too few women in the trades, I'm also happy to consider you if you are female. given that this is pretty demanding, I think working a 5 hour day is about right so I don't burn people out.
