Altitude, not attitude! ADS Contractors is hiring high rise window cleaners, as well as ground level for both part and full time work. On this team, your voice counts. The Basics We are interested in both entry level and experienced glass cleaners. Entry level pay starts at $25 per hour. We will fully train you to be able to do all of the cool things that we get to do, and to do so properly and safely. Experienced pay starts at $27-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Most of our work is Monday through Friday, during daylight hours, and can be completed in a 40 hour schedule. Many of our jobs allow weekend work, which provides some flexibility in the event that you require a weekday off, while maintaining a 40 hour work week. Jobs are generally located in the greater Seattle area, as far north as Lynnwood, and on the Eastside. We have a strong presence in the construction sector, so our jobs include both maintenance glass cleaning of occupied buildings, and new construction glass cleaning on active construction sites. We use only high quality brands such as Petzl, 3M, Sky Genie, New England Ropes, Sorbo, Unger, etc. We will provide you with paid OSHA safety training and certification. We often work with aerial lifts. While not a requirement, they are pretty fun, and we will provide you with paid training and OSHA safety certification if you are interested. Basic qualifications Ability to communicate in English Ability to pass a drug test (Zero-tolerance on the job policy, including marijuana) Reliable transportation to and from job sites, and the ability to transport a small amount of equipment. Comfortable with heights, but not recklessly so! Able to carry 25-35 pounds up 4-10 flights of stairs several times per shift. (Most of our jobs have elevators!) ADS is a family owned company that started in new construction final-cleaning in 2015, doing interior cleaning for a multitude of general contractors on new, mid-rise buildings throughout the greater Seattle area. We branched into exterior, rope access glass cleaning four years ago and have since built a solid reputation and client list, including some of the largest property management and construction companies in the country. We perform rope-access services beyond glass cleaning, such as preparation for air barrier tests, touch up painting, large downspout installation, and vent inspection and cleaning. In addition to rope-access services, we also provide interior glass cleaning, solar array cleaning, water poling, pressure washing, bird mitigation, and other services. COVID-19: We continue to take the ongoing pandemic, and the health of our employees and clients, seriously. While not required, we encourage the use of masks when inside occupied buildings, be they residential, or active construction sites.
