The position is very flexible as the cleaning can be done anytime after 5 PM. It is MON-FRI 5 times per week and the cleaning takes only about 30-40minutes. Requirements: - Prefer prior cleaning experience (NOT required as we can train) - Valid driver's license - Transportation - A direct contact number to receive work orders/work-related phone calls - Positive attitude - Background check passed (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT PASS BACKGROUND) Job Duties: - Securing Facility Access and Keys - Trash/Cardboard Removal - General Cleaning - Dusting, Sweeping, Vacuuming, Mopping, etc - Cleaning Restrooms and Restocking Dispensers - Report any Maintenance Issues and Supply Status Rate: $350/month Please contact us with your name, contact, and tell us a little about yourself.
